Terms of Service for Viscra

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, authorised, or using the Viscra Discord bot ("the Service", "the Bot"), accessing the dashboard, or utilising our Roblox in-game modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

You represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirements for both Discord and Roblox (currently 13 years of age). You agree to comply with:

  • Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards.
  • All applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
  • As a service created by a British entity, you agree to comply with British laws and regulations where applicable, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.

3. License and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Viscra for your Discord server and associated Roblox group/game management.

Server Owners: You are responsible for the configuration of the bot within your server. Viscra is not liable for unintended role assignments, demotions, or exiles resulting from misconfiguration of the "Rank Bind", "Group Bind", or "XP Promotion" systems.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Exploitation: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service, including our API endpoints and in-game handlers.
  • Abuse: Using the bot to harass, spam, or harm other users. This includes maliciously configuring the "Ticket" system or "Warning" system.
  • Automation Abuse: Automating requests to our API (excluding standard game-server traffic) in a manner that causes strain on our infrastructure.
  • Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access administrative commands or features reserved for Viscra staff.
  • Misrepresentation: Impersonating Viscra staff or claiming affiliation with Viscra staff without authorization in a deceptive manner.

5. Virtual Data (XP/EP)

The Service allows for the tracking of "XP" (Experience Points) and "EP" (Event Points, or Quota). You acknowledge that:

  • These values are virtual data entries with no real-world value.
  • We do not guarantee the persistence of this data in the event of catastrophic database failure, though we take regular backups.

6. Premium and White-Label Services

Certain features, such as "Viscra Pro" and "White-Label" bot instances, are provided as paid enhancements.

  • Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime for custom bot instances as it is a resource-straining service at times.
  • Tokens: If using the White-Label feature, you are responsible for the security of your Discord Bot Token before supplying it to us. While we encrypt tokens at rest, you supply them at your own risk.
  • Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service ("Blacklisting" your server from using Viscra) immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Viscra staff utilize internal monitoring tools to identify and act upon violations of these terms, maintaining data integrity; Viscra staff, excluding the owner, cannot see personal data or server configurations without your approval.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, the accuracy of data (such as Roblox rank caching), or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Viscra undergoes a daily restart to clear caches and refresh services, during which services may be momentarily unavailable, this usually lasts less than 15 seconds.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Viscra, its management, staff, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our official support server. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
